Sunil makes two types of dosa and feeds it to people.
Shopkeeper Sunil told that he has been running a stall in the name of South Indian Dosa for the last four years. I have not taken the training in making dosa from anywhere but have learned it only by watching. Two types of Paneer and Masala Dosa are prepared and fed to the customers coming here.
To make Paneer Dosa, prepare the batter by grinding Arva rice flour and urad dal. After this, the solution is refined and spread on the pan. When it becomes crispy, add the masala prepared from the mixture of tomato, red chilli and coriander. Also add masala made from potatoes and kadima.
After this, after finely cutting carrots, radish, onion and coriander leaves, add finely chopped cheese and after cooking for some time, it is served. Along with this they also serve coconut chutney and sambar. Its taste is such that if one eats it once, he comes back to eat it again and again.
5 to 6 thousand dosas are sold daily
Sunil told that masala dosa is served to people for Rs 50 and paneer dosa is served to people for Rs 60. Every day the shop opens at 2 pm and continues till 9 pm. People like Paneer Dosa the most and a crowd gathers in the evening to eat it. More than 100 plates are sold every day. By selling two types of dosa, we make sales of 5 to 6 thousand rupees daily.
